BDG is seeking a Sales & Revenue Coordinator to support the Sales/Rev Ops Team.  

This role will support the day-to-day sales & revenue operations team’s needs in the spirit of increasing speed & accuracy, enhancing reporting, developing processes - all with the ultimate goal of helping to drive profitable growth. Some of this includes: assisting with day to day reporting, RFP submissions, coordinating key meetings/events, + more! As the Sales & Revenue Coordinator, you will report directly into the EVP of Sales & Revenue Operations and help to support the VP of Sales, West Coast & Sr. Director of Revenue Strategy where necessary.

The Sales & Revenue Coordinator will partner with cross-functional teams that drive and manage revenue including: sales, revenue and senior leadership. Candidates should also have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and maintain balance among multiple priorities. We are looking for an individual with a strategic mindset, who is extremely detail-oriented, organized and has an innate ability to multitask. Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support inclusive of and not limited to calendar management, expenses, travel arrangements, support for senior leadership, etc. 
    • CRM/OMS management - Helping to manage our forecast and ensure accuracy;  Pull proactive and requested analysis, etc. 
    • Assist Sales team with client-facing projects, RFP related tasks and submissions + more.
    • Ensure client meetings are well prepared by coordinating materials, client entertainment and gifting as needed.
    • Partner with cross functional teams to optimize processes
    • Maintain online databases and update materials for revenue organization
    • Conceptualize proactive business analysis with key stakeholders of the rev org
    • Support quarterly revenue review process 
    • Support in all ProBono partnerships ensuring entry into CRM/OMS and appropriate resourcing from pre-sales team
    • Oversee and help to cultivate sales onboarding curriculum
