The Biden For President campaign is looking for a driven, strategic, and creative individual to join Biden for President (BFP) as a Design Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for creating digital and print design, leading on a portion of our design work, and managing other designers. The ideal candidate for this role will be a senior-level graphic designer with management experience and a passion for politics. This position is full-time and based in Wilmington, DE.

Key Responsibilities

    • Design digital and print graphics for the campaign
    • Contribute to the art direction of projects
    • Lead design production for a portion of the campaign’s work
    • Ensure brand cohesion and aesthetic standards are met for the projects on which you work
    • Manage other designers and provide constructive feedback on their work
    • Track and analyze the success of your team’s work to maximize its effectiveness

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • 2–4+ years experience as a graphic designer preferred
    • 1+ year experience managing designers
    • Deep knowledge of best practices in designing for one or more of the following: political persuasion advertising, campaign social media, political digital fundraising, or motion graphics
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to turn around work quickly
    • Demonstrated experience producing beautiful and strategic design that adheres to brand standards
    • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
