The Biden For President campaign is looking for an experienced leader to help run the vice president’s digital program. The individual in this role will help manage the digital team, ensuring that every member is set up for success. The ideal candidate has experience managing staff, a passion for politics, and an understanding of what resonates with viewers on various social platforms. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in an ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Work with the digital director to guide strategy.
    • Help staff events and shoots with the vice president.
    • Help manage producers, editors, designers, and strategists.
    • Communicate across departments to ensure that the team is accomplishing collective goals.
    • Provide feedback on content and help maintain high standards. 
    • Analyze content performance and use data to help inform creative decisions.
    • Help guide content through the internal approvals process.
    • Run effective team meetings.
    • Manage relationships with vendors and freelancers. 
    • Foster a positive and productive team culture. 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
    • Experience managing creatives. 
    • Experience creating successful social content.
    • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience managing budgets.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of what works on various social platforms.
    • Effective communication skills.
$95,000 - $120,000 a year
