The Biden for President (BFP) campaign is looking for a Partner Manager to join the Digital Partnerships team. In this role, you will initiate and manage day-to-day operations of engaging and enabling Creators and Influencers that want to support the Democratic party in the 2024 presidential election at scale. The ideal candidate for this role is in tune with public opinion and is passionate about enabling voters to connect with issues that matter most to them. They have a deep interest in politics and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time and based in Wilmington, DE.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop tools and resources to enable the production of content creation at scale
    • Work collaboratively with your team and cross-functional partners to identify outreach opportunities to scale participation
    • Work with communications and policy teams to develop materials and toolkits for creator use
    • Manage key creator and influencer engagements beginning to end 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • 2-4 years in Experience in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry working with agencies, creators, or digital media companies
    • Experience in digital or community organizing is preferred but not required
    • Proven experience in content creation and strategy, particularly within TikTok, YouTube and podcasting
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity to achieve desired outcomes.
    • You are organized and able to prioritize multiple projects moving at different speeds in a deadline-driven environment. 
    • You are willing to relocate to the Wilmington, Delaware area.
$65,000 - $85,000 a year
