The Biden for President campaign is looking to hire a Partnership Program Manager to support the largest and most active grassroots mobilization program in Democratic politics. The Manager will lead the campaign’s outreach to external committees, candidates’ campaigns, and elected officials’ teams with the goal of optimizing grassroots fundraising for the Biden-Harris campaign. You will report to the Deputy Grassroots Fundraising Manager and work within the Grassroots Fundraising Team and external partners to execute the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external committees, candidates’ campaigns, and elected officials’ teams to optimize fundraising for Team Biden-Harris.
- Coordinate send dates, copy approvals, and quality assurance processes of split fundraising content.
- Oversee the distribution of best-performing email and text content to key direct fundraising partners.
- Identify unique opportunities for fundraising content that leverages the strengths of partners across lists.
- Manage the calendar for White House principals’ emails and texts going to external lists
- Ensure that content and messaging are aligned with our brand and campaign goals.
- Establish metrics and benchmarks to track and measure the success of the program.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of digital fundraising experience, ideally for an electoral campaign, an advocacy organization, or a non-profit.
- You have a strong understanding of the digital fundraising landscape, best practices, and benchmarks for success.
- You are a great communicator who can interact with leaders at different levels.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can navigate ambiguity to achieve desired outcomes.
- You are incredibly organized, and are able to prioritize multiple projects moving at different speeds in a deadline-driven environment.
- You are willing to relocate to the Wilmington, Delaware area.
- Experience with an electoral campaign

$65,000 - $85,000 a year
