The Biden for President campaign is looking to hire a Web Associate to support the largest and most active grassroots mobilization program in Democratic politics. You will support the Web and Optimization Director in optimizing the campaign’s web properties for fundraising and mobilization purposes.

Key Responsibilities

    • Help create website pages for campaign mobilization efforts, including the website and landing pages for JoeBiden.com
    • Update and edit templates for fundraising pages on Action Network and ActBlue
    • Troubleshoot and resolve requests to fix errors and other technical issues
    • Draft website copy for assets such as light boxes, new pages, rapid response moments
    • Assist with monitoring website performance and measurement and report back on results
    • Collaborate with the mobilization team on assigned tasks
    • Support the Director with optimization and testing strategies

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of professional experience
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
    • Experience with Wordpress
    • You are a team player and self-starter who works hard to get the job done
    • You are organized and have strong prioritization skills to manage incoming requests
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Efficient and flexible during rapid response moments 
    • You have strong writing skills
    • You are willing to relocate to the Wilmington, Delaware area

Additional Useful Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience with an electoral campaign
    • Familiarity with ActBlue, Action Network, or similar software
$65,000 - $85,000 a year
