The Biden for President Campaign is seeking an Intern to join the Analytics Team, to support the Biden Campaign. We are looking for individuals with a variety of backgrounds and experience.

Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze data to extract meaningful insights for stakeholders. This may include drafting/editing memos, creating data visualizations, and maintaining reporting assets such as dashboards.
    • Support data transformation pipelines including data cleaning, quality control, and reporting on data updates.
    • Handle administrative duties for the analytics team including scheduling, attending meetings, and taking notes.
    • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to produce deliverables.
    • Work with a team that works cohesively to execute projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and within timelines.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience applying data and analytics tools in a political, business, non-profit, academic, or volunteer setting.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and platforms used by other team members.
    • A track record of prioritizing projects with the ability to be self-directed.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and implement creative solutions to unique problems.
    • A technical skill set that includes familiarity or proficiency in a variety of programming languages/software such as (but not limited to) MS Excel, Google Suite, SQL, Python, QGIS, R, or dbt.
    • Experience volunteering or working on a political campaign.
$17 - $17 an hour
