The Biden For President Campaign is seeking a volunteer coordinator who can manage the recruitment, onboarding, and overall execution of the campaign’s volunteer program in Wilmington, DE. This role will report to the HQ Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

    • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling conference rooms, tracking guests at HQ, and managing incoming mail and packages 
    • Serve as main point of contact for triaging day-to-day staff requests 
    • Work with departments on large scale virtual events - running Webex and Zoom webinars, securing tech as needed, and managing guest lists with guidance from other departments
    • Assist in setting up stations for incoming staff and giving new hire building tours. 
    • Escort vendors, VIP guests and support them throughout their visit 
    • Assist with facilities management - this includes working with day and night porters on any issues, ensuring conference rooms are fully functional on a day-to-day basis, and ensuring supply needs are met (e.g., toners in printers)
    • Schedule for campaign leadership as needed and work with other associates and special assistants on incoming requests for travel and purchases
    • Keep inventory of office supplies and building equipment and needs
    • Liaise with the building on visitors 
    • Other duties as assigned

    • A passion for supporting colleagues
    • Strong computer proficiency
    • Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
$50,000 - $60,000 a year
