About the Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Business Programs Manager to join our Core Operations team, dedicated to driving critical initiatives across our Finance, Compliance, Treasury, and Internal Audit functions. You’ll report to the Chief of Staff and work with key department leaders to execute projects that strengthen our financial foundation, enhance compliance posture, and optimize transaction operations. Responsibilities:

    • Lead cross-functional programs across Finance, Compliance, Treasury, and Internal Audit, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with company objectives.
    • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps, translating high-level goals into actionable initiatives.
    • Manage budgeting, risk assessments, and regulatory timelines across projects.
    • Prepare executive-level reports and insights for decision-making and board presentations.
    • Drive initiatives to improve financial processes, compliance frameworks, and trading workflows.
    • Help uphold governance standards and support internal audits and external regulatory engagements.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related area.
    • At least 5 years of experience in project/program management, ideally in financial services, compliance, or trading environments.
    • Deep understanding of financial controls, regulatory requirements, and trading operations.
    • Exceptional multitasking and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
    • Fluent in English and Chinese (written & spoken).
