About the Opportunity:
As a Senior Settlement Specialist, you will play a vital role in strengthening relationships with our external partners and ensuring smooth settlement operations. This role is primarily focused on External Communication & Partner Liaison – serving as the key contact point for JV and Whitelabel partners, coordinating settlement activities, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless alignment with both external stakeholders and internal teams.

In addition to partner communication, you will contribute to the accuracy of settlement processes, support reconciliations in collaboration with Treasury, and help drive workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary liaison for external partners (JV and Whitelabel), ensuring clear communication, timely coordination, and strong ongoing relationships.
    • Coordinate settlement activities with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of operational matters.
    • Address and resolve settlement-related inquiries and discrepancies in a proactive and professional manner.
    • Oversee preparation and delivery of settlement reporting, ensuring compliance with agreements, internal policies, and operational standards.
    • Support daily reconciliations with Treasury and provide data-driven insights to improve processes.
    • Collaborate across teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency.
    • Drive process improvement initiatives by optimizing workflows, enhancing internal controls, and preparing reports for management oversight and audit readiness.

Requirements

    • Proven ability to liaise with external partners, manage settlement coordination, and resolve issues across multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex settlement matters clearly and professionally to both internal and external audiences.
    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Settlement Operations, Treasury Operations, or related financial services.
    • Strong knowledge of financial products (e.g., FX, Money Market, Securities, Digital Assets) and settlement practices.
    • High attention to detail, strong numerical sensitivity, and a problem-solving mindset.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with experience in cross-team and cross-border communication.
