About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic TA team in the fast-paced crypto, Web3, and blockchain industry. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting our recruitment processes through candidate coordination, CV screening, and sourcing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in talent acquisition while working in an innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

    • Candidate Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • CV Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and maintain organized candidate records.
    • Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
    • Provide administrative support to the TA team and assist with other recruitment-related projects as needed.

Requirements

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment within the tech, crypto, or blockchain sectors.
    • Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
    • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in basic office software; prior experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus but not required.

Nice to Haves

    • Experience in corporate environment recruitment is a plus.
    • Experience in software industry recruitment is a plus.
    • Experience of recruitment projects or employee branding is a plus.
