About the Opportunity: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR and Office Administration Support to join our Philippines office. This role will work closely with the Senior HR/OA Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities, support HR processes, and provide basic accounting assistance. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and able to multitask across multiple functions.

Responsibilities:

    • HR Support
    • Assist in hiring or recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and orientation
    • Maintain employee records and assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring
    • Support monthly payroll data preparation
    • Coordinate staff communications and assist with HR-related announcements and documentation
    • Assist with planning, organizing, creation and implementing programs for Human
    • Resource, maintain company culture and create safe work environment.
    • Assist in creation & maintenance of Office Policies
    • Manage, screen, receive and assist official internal &; external visitors including government/ labor and other regulatory entities with official business related
    • concerns. Liaise to company legal partners for any legal requirements that may arise.

    • Office Administration
    • Monitor office supplies, pantry inventory, and coordinate office maintenance needs
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including courier services
    • Coordinate with vendors for facilities, repairs, or procurement
    • Support day-to-day office operations, manager and staff needs
    • Willing to do procurement responsibilities or other task as may be required

    • Accounting & Finance Support
    • Assist in collecting and organizing invoices and receipts for expense reporting
    • Support documentation for vendor payments and monthly accounting reports
    • Coordinate with Finance, Settlement team and outsourced Accounting partner as needed for basic reconciliations and bookkeeping

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
    • 1 year of administrative or HR experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome
    • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks independently
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Onsite, Monday to Friday
    • Occasionally required to support urgent matters outside of office hours
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
