About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Customer Success Operations Associate to support the team by maintaining operational discipline, ensuring data accuracy, and keeping dashboards and reporting tools up to date. This role is critical in keeping our systems clean, our processes consistent, and our data reliable.
You won’t be reinventing processes—you’ll be enforcing them. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-obsessed, process-driven, and confident working with data tools to provide clear visibility into business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain data hygiene: Regularly audit and clean CRM and internal tools to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Own dashboards and reporting: Set up, update, and maintain operational dashboards that track performance and KPIs
- Enforce operational processes: Ensure existing processes are being followed correctly across the business
- Monitor key metrics: Track core operational indicators and flag anomalies or gaps in execution
- Support routine reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports to support team visibility and leadership planning
- Document updates and changes: Keep internal documentation up to date for processes, workflows, and reporting standards
Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales/CS Ops, or a data-heavy operational role
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Highly organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail
- Process-oriented mindset with a drive for consistency and execution
- Able to work independently and stay on top of recurring tasks and reporting cycles
Nice to have
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or a B2B SaaS company
- Exposure to customer success operations or revenue operations
- Experience with workflow documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence, or similar)
