About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure SRE and Operations Director to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality IT services for our business. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our IT infrastructure, as well as applying SRE and automation to improve efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement best practices for IT infrastructure management, automation, and reliability engineering. Establish and monitor key performance indicators, service level objectives, and service level agreements for IT infrastructure and services
- Lead a team of engineers and operators who design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot our IT systems and applications. Oversee the incident response, root cause analysis, and problem resolution processes for IT infrastructure issues.
- Ensure that our IT infrastructure complies with the industry standards and best practices, as well as the regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirement:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology
- Bachelors in computer science, or computer engineering
- Proven track record of leading IT infrastructure operations and reliability engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, networks, cloud, security, and SRE tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
