About the Opportunity:
BTSE is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern (Analytics) to join our team for a 6 month period. In this role, you will support the HR department by driving data analysis projects, maintaining performance management systems, optimizing HR processes, and assisting with various HR functions. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion
for improving HR efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- HR Data Analysis Projects: Build, execute, and maintain HR-related data analysis projects. Gather and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Performance Management System Maintenance: Configure and maintain the performance management system. Prepare and analyze performance-related reports to track progress and outcomes.
- General HR Assistance: Provide support on various HR tasks, including but not limited to HR meeting note management, on/offboarding, and policy updates.
Requirement:
- University Student with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in HR data analysis and performance management systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Middle-level English reading and writing skills.
- Contract Period: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
- At least 3 whole days a week.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in building or initiating HR-related projects from scratch is a plus.
- Ability to manage tasks and projects independently while meeting deadlines.
- Capable of articulating ideas clearly and maintaining effective organizational skills.
