About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a Partner Onboarding Associate to join our growing team. Are you a Fintech-passionate person looking to broaden your skill set at a fast-growing company? If so, we'd love to meet you!

The Partner Onboarding Specialist is responsible for building up trading relationships with global partners, including those in banking, payment services, and trading relationships. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to prepare onboarding documents and effectively communicating with partners worldwide.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring the collection and processing of corporate and personal confidential information in a secure and efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding, proactively track account progress, and leverage problem-solving skills to address complex cases, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
    • Contribute to the company’s strategy by helping to build global banking systems and payment connections in a dynamic fintech environment.

Requirements:

    • 0-3 years of experience in client onboarding/KYC-focused roles, or other relevant fields. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
    • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, including reading, writing, and speaking.
    • Detail-oriented mindset to collect and process corporate and personal confidential information. Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for internal teams and partners, proactively follow up on account progress, and use problem-solving skills to address complex cases for successful onboarding.
    • Appetite for a fast-moving fintech environment to build global banking systems and payment connections in line with the company's strategy.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with strong skills in task evaluation, prioritization, and multitasking.
