Marketing at Bebop 

Marketing is a core role at Bebop responsible for bringing Bebop’s value proposition to users. Marketing is in charge of branding and brand awareness, product marketing, lead generation, as well as marketing across all relevant channels. 

Responsibilities

    • Product marketing: work closely with product team to translate product positioning into clear messaging appealing to the target audience 
    • Marketing strategy and planning: design marketing strategy and operational marketing plan for each relevant channel (PR, content, social media, events, paid, etc) 
    • Execution of the marketing plan: own the execution of marketing activities, including hands-on execution as well as working with high performance external teams (e.g. agencies, freelancers)
    • Working with internal teams: (community, events, design, operations) to deliver integrated marketing communications in efficient and timely matter

Requirements

    • At least 3-5 years experience in a high-performance product, marketing, growth or operations function
    • Experience working for a DeFi protocol is an advantage, but we are open to other high-performance environments (VC-backed startups, consulting, top tier marketing agencies) Track record of creating tangible impact on key metrics, be ready to give examples
    • Experience with a wide range of growth/marketing topics; you don’t need to have experience with all, but should be able to figure any out
    • Hands-on attitude: ability to write copy, find out how to use marketing automation tools, reach out to industry partners and just do whatever it takes to grow
