🌟 The Role :
As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in converting marketing-generated leads into satisfied Beem customers. You will be the bridge between our marketing efforts and direct customer sales, responsible for engaging leads, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth transition from interest to purchase, enhancing customer experience and driving sales growth in the Italian market.

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound leads generated by our marketing/growth team, guiding them through the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable Beem products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on customer feedback and sales experiences.
- Accurately track and report on lead conversions and sales metrics.
Ensure a positive and seamless purchasing experience.

Qualifications :

    • Strong interest in sales (previous xp definitely a plus), preferably in the renewable energy or technology sectors.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and English (French is a plus). You need to be customer obsessed.
    • Ability to quickly understand and articulate product features and benefits.
    • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
