As an L&D Intern, you will support the Learning & Development team and have an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the L&D field, learn from industry professionals, and develop your skills. Through engaging experiences, we ignite a passion for learning and equip our workforce with the resources and skills needed to adapt, innovate, and drive success for themselves. This role will report to the Human Capital - People and Talent Strategy Department
You will spend most of your time doing
- Assist with the administrative tasks associated with training programs, such as reporting and tracking, creating registration forms, and managing logistics for in-person or virtual sessions.
- Review metrics and use critical thinking to identify ways to promote learning initiatives and increase engagement in learning platforms.
- Research current trends and best practices in learning & development and identify new learning resources.
- A special project to identify and implement ways to gamify learning, e.g., highlight the top learner of the week.
Ideal fit for this role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools (esp. Excel and PowerPoint);
- Basic data analysis,
- Problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Written and verbal communication.
- Experience with learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning is a plus!
- Detail-oriented!
$20 - $24 an hour
