This role sits within the People Experience team in the Human Capital department. The People Experience team is responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture that retains top talent. Specific team responsibilities include designing Human Capital team programs that impact employees, supporting the work of our Executive Inclusive Culture Council and Employee Resource Groups, evolving our Employe Value Proposition, managing employee recognition programs, and maintaining the company intranet as a hub for employee communication. The People Experience team also helps advise, design, and implement strategies, processes, and tools that help our people advance professionally through goal setting and performance evaluations. 

This role will focus on setting our team members up for success through a modern approach to goal setting, evaluating progress throughout the year, and evaluating annual performance. It includes significant opportunity to influence the design of key Human Capital processes and programs. You will also be involved in the daily operations of the People Experience team.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Participating in the design of the annual Employee Goal Setting Program and partnering with our HR Generalist and HC Operations Teams to deliver them to the organization
    • Driving the mid-year and annual Employee Performance Review program by reviewing past feedback, refining the program, and implementing changes
    • Designing and delivering the end-to-end employee lifecycle experience including onboarding and offboarding, in partnership with our Human Capital Operations team
    • Supporting our Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by helping with the action roadmap
    • Supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with various activities and processes
    • Helping to design and deliver employee recognition programs in alignment with our Core Values and Employee Value proposition
    • Helping with the design and delivery of remote employee experience and events
    • Driving an inclusive culture
    • Helping to maintain and design our Intranet and employee communications
    • Collaborating with our Human Capital Operations, HR Generalists, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition teams with cross functional projects and programs

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
    • 3+ years of experience in talent or performance management or as an HR Generalist with a focus on Talent
$78,000 - $90,000 a year
In addition to semi-monthly salary payments, this position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.  Yearly incentive bonus target 20% of base salary.
