The Job
The Director of Brand Strategy will be responsible for evolving our brand while ensuring seamless execution of high-quality creative work. This experienced leader will own our brand strategy, creative development, and integrated marketing efforts. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity, is a leader with a strong understanding of brand development, campaign execution, and team management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of our brand, including visual, voice, and tone to ensure consistency and impact.
- Identify opportunities to deliver best-in-class creative while optimizing for efficiency and speed to market.
- Manage and prioritize incoming creative requests, balancing business needs with team capacity.
- Optimize creative workflows to improve speed to market and overall efficiency.
- Review and approve creative assets, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, aligning creative across all channels.
- Leverage data and analytics to refine campaign effectiveness and inform future creative decisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to bring campaigns to life in a meaningful and impactful way.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team, fostering growth and professional development.
- Identify and implement best practices to elevate the team’s creative output and strategic impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related skill set
- 10+ years of working experience in brand management, creative development, or marketing.
- Proven experience leading and developing creative teams.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and brand storytelling.
- Ability to optimize workflows and processes balancing efficiency and creativity.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using reporting and analytics to measure effectiveness.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Comfortable interacting and engaging with colleagues from all levels of management across all business units
- Strategic-minded, highly motivated, well-organized, and able to communicate effectively
- Comfortable leading in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm
- Flexible and able to react professionally and efficiently to changes in schedules or project direction without sacrificing quality

- Ability to lead a cross-functional team prioritizing collaboration
- Capacity to prioritize and juggle projects simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced working environment with a willingness to learn
- Capable of teaching and learning from others to promote continuity of knowledge and personal development

$140,000 - $150,000 a year
This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target 25% of base salary.
