We’re hiring an Operations and Growth Manager 

We’re welcoming more humans to our operations department to grow our capabilities, reach, and impact—and to change the fate of meetings forever. This role is highly collaborative and central to making our people strategies and growth initiatives happen.

We need someone to

    • Spearhead the first phase of our content and partnership initiatives 
    • Get the word out about Bizly’s open roles, programs, big news and drive impact
    • Manage activation awareness campaigns (using social media and other channels) to ensure we hit talent pipeline targets set by our operations leader
    • Own our social media, newsletter, and investor community activations with the goal of increasing community size, engagement, and awareness
    • Support our sales and business development efforts by ensuring detailed and timely follow-through to completion
    • Oversee employee onboarding, creating regular team culture programming, and ensuring a smooth office/hybrid culture when that comes back.

What you can bring to Bizly

    • 3-5 years of experience working in operations at a results-driven and collaborative environment at a tech-forward, product-driven company or startup
    • Strong experience with social media and community activation and engagement
    • Proven track record managing sales support and internal people operations programs
    • Gifted written and verbal communicator working across both internal and external audiences
    • Strong sense of the big picture with deep analytical and quantitative skills
    • A knack for cross-functional communication and collaboration
