As a BlackCloak Client Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for your territory strategy, pipeline development, and working as a trusted advisor with channel partners and prospects, resulting in bookings and revenue attainment in excess of your goals. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will contribute directly to top line revenue of the company taking into account client satisfaction, profitability, and other corporate revenue objectives. Your clients will be enterprises with high-profile or high-net-worth individuals who are at risk of being targeted by cyber criminals.

You should be the type of person who enjoys building something from scratch, especially developing a territory in a new product category. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients and be a thought leader in the community.

Key Responsibilities

    • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals to continue our explosive growth.
    • Develop your territory - writing plans for pipeline creation, reporting progress, and forecasting to VP of Sales.
    • Excel at prospecting, product demonstrations, pipeline management and closing abilities.
    • Work cross functionally with executives and other team members 
    • Respond to inbound sales inquiries - both direct and from the channel - and manage them through the sales lifecycle.
    • Work collaboratively with the Client Success team to ensure smooth onboardings of new clients as well as long-term satisfaction 
    • Present thought leadership speeches at events.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

    • 4 Year Bachelor of Arts or Science degree preferred
    • 3+ years successful experience in field sales of technology services or products, information security technology preferred
    • Cyber Security and/or Early Stage selling experience
    • Expertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure
    • Ability to provide live and web-based product presentations and demonstrations without sales engineer support (though support is available as needed)
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using Salesforce
    • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks to successful completion
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, geographically dispersed organization
    • Travel regularly (when safe) to visit clients & channel partners or represent the company at events.
