The Black Talent Initiative (BTI) is a volunteer and purpose driven organization that envisions a business environment free of workplace racism in which Black talent can thrive. Our mission is to provide Black talent seeking career advancement, BTI membership and programming, professional development, mentorship and community that creates career opportunities and inspires equitable, anti-racist workplaces of today and tomorrow.
If you self-identify as a Black Student (18 years or older), recent graduate or professional our aim is to provide you with relevant contacts, access to internships, career opportunities from entry level to leadership opportunities, mentorship and networking activities to help advance your career.
This is not an application. This is a talent community and not affiliated with any specific job at the BTI and our affiliates.
