Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for building Bosta’s brand presence, driving lead acquisition, strengthening market positioning, and supporting sales through marketing initiatives. This role integrates traditional marketing, digital performance, media buying, branding, business development, and strategic partnerships under one umbrella to ensure aligned go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Lead campaigns that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition across key segments.
    • Oversee content, digital, and offline marketing initiatives to support brand and performance metrics.
    • Measure and optimize the ROI of all marketing activities, campaigns, and channels.
    • Own the brand identity, tone of voice, and brand messaging across all touchpoints.
    • Ensure brand consistency in external communications, product messaging, and partner integrations.
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-impact storytelling and visual identity.
    • Lead the business development function, identifying and nurturing strategic partners to enhance reach, services, or capabilities.
    • Negotiate and manage partnerships that contribute to commercial growth and visibility.
    • Create joint marketing plans with key partners to increase lead generation and value delivery.
    • Oversee media buying across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.) and offline channels when needed.
    • Optimize campaign budgets to meet performance goals
    • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including designers, content creators, performance marketers, and BD professionals.

Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Experience: 10+ years in marketing roles with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in B2B or tech-driven sectors.
    • Demonstrated success in brand building, lead generation, and managing multi-functional marketing teams.
    • Experience in business development or partnership management is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
