The Fulfillment Telesales & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and onboarding e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate should have experience in acquisition and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 

Job Description

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential E-commerce sellers to discuss their business needs and offer our services.
    • Train our clients on how to use our system to create, track & monitor their orders.
    • Deliver client-focused solutions based on client needs.
    • Ensuring clients are charged the correct price for the service provided.
    • Make sure that the new accounts are stable and active during the incubation period.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-up calls and emails
    • Negotiate and close deals with potential sellers
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Job Requirements:

    • 1+ year of experience as Fulfillment Tele-sales in the Logistics / E-commerce field.
    • Bachelor's degree is a must.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with potential customers
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
