About the role:
At bosta, we believe in fostering a vibrant workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent. We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communication & Engagement Specialist to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement an employer branding strategy to strengthen our company's standing as a great place to work.
- Manage and curate content for our HR social media pages, including Instagram, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn, to engage current and prospective employees.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and promote internal initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement and employer branding practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
