Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
    • Booking meeting rooms and scheduling appointments
    • Answer phone calls in a professional manner
    • Support in transportation, catering etc.

Required skills:

    • At least 1 year experience in similar roles
    • You have excellent English language skills 
    • You have a Bachelor’s degree
    • Excellent Computer Skills
    • You have exceptional organization & interpersonal skills
    • Phenomenal attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must
