What You’ll Learn and Do
- Master the skills of diagnosing and resolving software issues while providing technical support to end-users and clients.
- Gain knowledge of designing and implementing integration solutions, managing APIs, and customizing systems.
- Learn how to customize and configure software to meet specific client requirements, including developing custom scripts and plugins.
- Develop the ability to conduct integration testing to ensure software functionality and reliability, and validate performance standards.
- Learn to create and maintain technical documentation, including integration processes, user guides, and API specifications.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients, including developers and product managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Master Advanced debugging techniques to identify and resolve software bugs and integration issues.
What We’re Looking For
- A university final year student or a fresh graduate majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or Very Good to Excellent Grade.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrating the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
About the Internship:
Our internship program is designed for fresh graduates and last-year students who are passionate about learning and eager to take on new challenges.
What you need to know about this program:
This internship will last for 2 months, starting on the 1st of July till the end of August.
We offer compensation for the entire duration of the internship program.
It's a hybrid opportunity based on the team schedule.
