The Role:
As an Associate Product Manager focusing on Growth at Bosta, you’ll be at the forefront of discovering and driving opportunities that fuel our next phase of expansion. You’ll identify new ways to acquire, retain, and delight e-commerce merchants by optimizing our logistics products, leading experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Description
- As a Product Manager at our tech startup, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. This role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
- What you will be doing:
- Identify problems and opportunities that can help Bosta acquire and retain more merchants.
- Work with data to analyze trends, spot issues, or measure results
- Propose and help execute simple experiments (A/B tests, pilots, feature improvements) to test new ideas for growth.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to define and deliver new features or process improvements.
- Gather feedback from merchants, commercial teams, and support to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
- Write clear user stories and requirements for new and improved features.
- Support product launches and help ensure alignment with merchant and business needs.
- Track product and business metrics to report on growth results.
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Data Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or a similar field, ideally in logistics, technology, or e-commerce.
- Strong interest in or exposure to growth, user acquisition/retention, or product-led experimentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with numbers and user data.
- Good communication skills; able to work with engineers, business teams, and users.
- Empathy for customers and curiosity about what drives user behavior.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude; comfortable taking ownership of small projects.
- Enjoys getting deep into the data. Experience working with SQL, building simple Excel models, and working with and building new dashboards is highly desirable.
- Experience participating in user research or product experiments is a plus.
- Willing to learn and develop new skills in technology and logistics.
