As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning programs for Bosta’s diverse workforce. This job brings fresh thinking, modern learning methods, and measurable results to how we develop talent from operations to leadership.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Participate in forming Learning Strategy and be responsible for Needs Analysis,  Partnering with leaders to translate business priorities into targeted learning solutions.
    • Program Design & Facilitation:  Create, design and facilitate blended programs as Classroom, virtual, microlearning programs that engage and inspire.
    • Integrate new tools and approaches of Learning Innovation such as gamification, social learning, and AI-powered adaptive learning.
    • Support initiatives that build future leaders and strengthen career pathways through Leadership succession planning and Career Development.
    • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement – Measure effectiveness of Learning and Development programs using learning analytics and impact assessments. Assure making data driven enhancements.
    • Collaborate closely with managers, HRBPs, and external vendors to ensure learning is relevant, high-quality, and aligned with Bosta Value Proposition.
    • Oversee the L&D calendar, budget, and records (via LMS) for transparency and efficiency.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or related field.
    • 5–7 years in L&D, including experience in learning design, facilitation, and strategy execution.
    • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and blended learning environments.
    • Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
    • Strong facilitation, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Analytical mindset and experience measuring training ROI.
    • Familiarity with microlearning and evolving learning trends.
