Overview:
As a Performance and Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and performance function within our organization. You will be responsible for the planning cycle end to end, starting from building the planning model and aligning with the COO on the final figures until cascading the targets and making sure of tracking the progress vs the targets and supporting/highlighting the blockers and bottlenecks in achieving our targets.
What will you be doing?
- Responsibilities:
- Alignment with the management team on the company goals and strategy
- Building a planning model that aligns all company KPIs together to pave the path for achieving the company goals based on the company strategy, commercial and operations KPIs planning should be covered in this model
- Alignment with the heads on the department's targets and KPIs
- Defining and securing the needed KPIs and visibility by working closely with the data team to make sure that all KPIs are tracked.
- Conducting meetings with all stakeholders to walk them through the progress vs the targets and shed light on the blockers/challenges for achieving the company goals
- Co-owing the company blockers to make sure that these blockers are on track to be solved

Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Data Modeling.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends and translate data into strategic recommendations that drive business performance and competitive advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills,
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
