Job Duties:-

    • Maintaining returns operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies / procedures.
    • Maintain a high level of return product accuracy and speedy processing through employee involvement and teamwork.
    • Ensure team distributes returned items to their proper location considering all factors including the value of the product, its condition and type of return.
    • Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning work; follow up on work results.
    • Complying with federal, state and local warehousing, material handling and requirements.
    • Directing the maintenance of physical conditions and appearance of the warehouse.
    • Developing employee performance by appraising, coaching, and counseling.
    • Maintaining and adjusting employee timecards.
    • Establishing safety practices and hold others accountable for adhering to them.

Job Requirements:-

    • 2 - 3 years in hub and warehousing operations, in the shipping/e-commerce field.
    • Very good English Level.
    • Must have experience in leading and supervising teams.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Decision Making and problem solving skills.
    • Analytical and reporting skills.
    • Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure.
    • Time Management and multi-tasking.
    • Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
    • Proactive, with can do attitude and good judgment.
    • Focused and professional attitude.
