About the role: you will be responsible for conducting help plan, administer programs that train employees and new hires and improve their skills and knowledge.


What'll you do

    • Design and develop training programs.
    • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
    • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
    • Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
    • Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
    • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
    • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders.
    • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
    • Assist QA team for coaching of agents 
    • Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs.
    • Assess employees’ skills, talents, performance and productivity and prepare written evaluations with advice for improvement. 
    • Identify areas of development in employees/processes and communicate to concerned parties
    • Keep the Knowledge Base up to date.

Qualifications Needed:

    • 1-3 Years of Experience in the Training field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Very good written and verbal English.
    • Excellent at connecting with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
    • Excellent active listening skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
    • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
    • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

You should have:

    • Analytical skills: For evaluating training programs, methods, and materials, and choosing those that best fit each situation.
    • Instructional skills: For delivering training programs to employees. use a variety of teaching techniques and sometimes must adapt their methods to meet the needs of particular groups.
    • Interpersonal skills: For delivering training programs that requires collaborating with instructors, trainees, and subject-matter experts. you will accomplish much of your work through teams.
    • Speaking skills: For giving presentations. you will communicate information clearly and facilitate learning by diverse audiences.
