Fulfillment is a subsidiary of Bosta Technology Holding specialized in Fulfillment of goods. The HR Senior Specialist at Fulfillment will act as the primary HR point of contact for the Fulfillment entity, managing the end-to-end HR service chain for its employees. This role will focus heavily on Talent Acquisition, onboarding, documentation, and daily HR support, while liaising with the centralized payroll and HR systems team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management) for all roles within the fulfillment entity.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for warehouse, logistics, and support roles.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring all pre-employment checks and documentation are completed.
- Conduct HR inductions and coordinate with operations for functional onboarding.
- Manage exit processes, including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries for Fulfillment employees.
- Support line managers with employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle minor employee relations cases, escalating to central HR for complex matters.
- Collect and maintain all HR documentation in compliance with company policy and local labor laws.
- Ensure timely submission of attendance, overtime, and leave data to the centralized payroll team.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor law requirements.
- Communicate HR policies to Fulfillment employees and managers.
- Coordinate with centralized People & Culture functions for payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
- Share periodic HR metrics and reports with central P&C management.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR recruitment roles (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments) with strong Recruitment skills Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Multitasking in a fast based environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms is a plus.
