We’re in hyper-growth mode and looking for someone exceptional to join directly at the CEO’s side. This isn’t a back-office role. It’s a front-row seat to building a regional giant.
The Role
The Founder’s Associate is the execution arm of the CEO. Your job is to take the CEO’s high-priority projects and make sure they get delivered — fast, smart, and at scale.
You will:
- Execute CEO-led projects that directly accelerate company growth.
- Drive initiatives end-to-end: from idea → plan → delivered results.
- Use AI and automation to multiply impact, reduce bottlenecks, and speed up execution.
- Coordinate across Delivery, Fulfillment, and Lending to align teams and clear roadblocks.
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO — keeping priorities sharp and follow-through guaranteed.
This is not a support role. It’s a builder role.
Who You Are:
- Ex-founder (or someone who’s built/scaled real things) — you know how to get from zero to one.
- Strong AI background — hands-on with AI tools, workflows, and implementation.
- Relentless executor — you thrive on ownership, speed, and results.
- Problem-solver who can switch between big-picture thinking and getting into the weeds.
- Comfortable in chaos, allergic to excuses, obsessed with impact.
- Hungry to learn directly from the CEO of one of Egypt’s most ambitious scale-ups.
