We are launching a new intellectual-yet-accessible video series inspired by the Dissect podcast model, bringing deep storytelling, lyrical and musical analysis, and cultural commentary to the R&B genre.

We’re looking for a charismatic, thoughtful, and highly knowledgeable Host to be the voice and face of our new R&B music analysis series. The ideal candidate blends scholarly curiosity with approachable delivery, generating complex ideas about songwriting, production, and cultural context engaging for a broad audience. If the candidate chosen is based in the Los Angeles, CA metro area, we’d like to shoot at our production facility, where we have professional equipment and production resources available. If the chosen candidate is outside of Los Angeles, CA, we will provide and set up all necessary production equipment for in-home shoots.

This is not a news-reading role, we want someone who can lead deep dives into songs, albums, and cultural moments that tell compelling stories, and guide viewers to new levels of appreciation for R&B music.
