CYE is looking for a Senior FP&A to be part of our dynamic and growing finance team. This function will lead financial research and forecasting and provide monthly and quarterly reports along with insightful performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Obtain a deep understanding of the business and related strategy that combined with the financial results, will allow the creation of predictive forecasts
- Lead financial models to support forecasts and various ad-hoc projects. Be the focal point for complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to management in order to support business decisions
- Lead the annual budget planning process, ongoing budget utilization, and forecasting
- Definition and establishment of internal processes
- Drive accountability and transparency
- Infuse financial insights and data into operational dashboards, KPIs, and decision-making process
- Prioritize investments, analyze data, determine return on investments and expenditure by establishing predictive models through use of historical information
- Analyze efficiency and ensure we stay on the required financial business model
- Assistance with the financial month-end closing process
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a FP&A, including meaningful experience in SaaS companies
- Fluent English – written and verbal
- Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Extremely curious - not satisfied with easy or convenient answers; drives issues to root cause
- Experience supporting technology/software R&D/engineering function
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Advanced knowledge of NetSuite preferred
- MBA- a strong plus
