The Opportunity (Onsite - Shenzhen, Guangdong, China)
Carbon6.io is looking for a Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing Sales team in China. You will play a meaningful role managing an end-to-end, high-velocity sales cycle with a strategic, consultative approach. 

From prospecting and generating leads, to pitching software demos, and negotiating and closing deals, you will communicate to enterprise sellers and digital agencies the value of our ecosystem of tools and resources and how we help entrepreneurs in the marketplace succeed at every stage of their journey.

Your Impact

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our value proposition across our suite of tools and competitive landscape to drive net new revenue growth.
    • Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and curiosity to seek out new sales leads through active networking, referral partners, and in-person networking events and tradeshows to generate revenue. 
    • Proactively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and develop business plans and present them during quarterly review sessions.
    • Conduct research on prospective customers and create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts.
    • Partner cross-functionally to help create processes and best practices to improve our sales motion.
    • Establish yourself as a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to the prospect or customer, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention throughout the Onboarding and Support experience.
    • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Your Qualifications

    • 3+ years of software sales experience in ecommerce, and B2B SaaS industry ideally in a fast-paced scale-up environment. Amazon selling experience is a bonus. 
    • You have superior active listening skills, and are highly driven and motivated to help our customers succeed, by providing a consultative approach to sales when navigating the customers’ business needs and requirements to provide customized solutions.
    • You are a highly persuasive sales hunter and closer, and have excellent objection handling and negotiating abilities. 
    • You have a consistent over-performance sales track record that results in building strong, value-add relationships with new customers in a high-volume environment.
    • Experience selling at the C-level, and have superior professional presence and business acumen.
    • You demonstrate excellent time management, organizational and written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with multiple team members and customers.
    • You are adaptable, coachable and agile in an ever-changing landscape and are able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environment.
