Position Overview
As a Referral & Enrollment Campaign Lead, you will be responsible for the success of clinical trials that leverage the Future of Medicine program to contribute to enrollment. This includes:
· Leading feasibility analyses to show how the Future of Medicine can contribute to specific clinical trials.
· Ensuring that communications with Future of Medicine members about specific clinical trials are accurate and effective.
· Developing forecasts and plans for how the Future of Medicine will contribute to a trial over time.
· Measuring the success of referral, screening, and enrollment progress.
You will bring an entrepreneurial spirit—trail-blazing new processes where none exist, applying sound judgment, and demonstrating strong professional presence while interacting with pharmaceutical sponsors and internal teams. This role requires resourcefulness, analytical ability, and creativity to design and refine scripts, measure their effectiveness, and present insights that drive patient enrollment success.
What You'll Be Working On
Duties include but not limited to:
Primary Duties and Essential Functions
Percentage of Time Spent on Task
-Develop forecasts and plans for how the Future of Medicine will contribute to specific clinical trials
-Write, assess, and refine medical referral scripts for various clinical trials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility
-Develop training materials and lead sessions to equip outreach teams with effective communication strategies
-Monitor effectiveness of scripts by listening to referral calls and analyzing transcripts, identifying what resonates with patients and what can be improved
-Coordinate efforts across internal teams such as digital marketing, operations, and member services to ensure that we are executing effectively against plans and achieving successful outcomes
-Analyze referral outcome data to evaluate script performance and prepare insights for leadership and sponsors
-Track and communicate on performance metrics for referral initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
-Trail-blaze new processes and best practices to optimize outreach efforts and act as a subject matter expert for ongoing enhancements
Other Responsibilities
Collaborate with outreach teams to identify and implement improvements
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure scripts align with study protocols

Physical Requirements
· This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment and requires the ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.
Travel Requirements
· This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.

-Strong professional presence and communication skills to engage with pharmaceutical sponsors and stakeholders
-Keen judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance compliance, accuracy, and patient engagement
-Analytical skills and experience interpreting call data and referral outcomes to inform decision-making
-Collaborative and coachable, with a continuous improvement mindset
Certifications, Education, and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s preferred
-Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in clinical research, pharma, or biotech
