THE ROLE
As a Client Advisor, you will work directly with our Premium Clients, developing trusted relationships from the moment they sign up with Casa.  You’ll help them understand our products, initialize their secure Bitcoin wallets, assist with service requests, and act as a steady and supportive guide throughout their Casa journey.  Your expertise and confidence will grant them the courage to take full advantage of Bitcoin, while your professionalism and attention to detail will instill trust and peace of mind at every interaction.  

Clients are at the center of Casa’s business, and Client Advisors (CA) play a key role within the company.  CA's are expected to provide feedback and offer suggestions on initiatives within the Client Services organization and serve as the voice of the client in discussions with our product, marketing, sales, and business teams.   

The salary range for this role is: $75,000-$80,000 USD

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Onboard Premium Clients by helping them set up their multisig wallets
    • Build long-term relationships with our Premium Clients
    • Educate our clients on security, starting with effective and sustainable key management practices
    • Help new clients understand Bitcoin and multisig, learn about their unique needs and concerns, and guide them through the Casa experience
    • Deliver exceptional customer service - be polite, prompt, and proactive when resolving client issues and inquiries
    • Develop a deep understanding of our clients, and work with leadership on strategic decisions across product, marketing, and operations in their interest
    • Develop and improve client facing documentation and copy
    • Promptly respond and resolve ZenDesk tickets from our clients
    • Work a weekend shift from Wednesday to Monday in the MDT/PST timezones.

WHO YOU ARE:

    • 2+ years client facing experience in financial services, technology, consulting, or other high growth/fast paced environments
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including building rapport, problem-solving in real-time, and the ability to explain complex/technical concepts simply
    • High tech proficiency with computer skills including typical software startups may utilize such as Gsuite, Slack, and CRM platforms.
    • Ability to have quick self-directed learning cycles with adapting to new technologies and/or software tools; previous experience with single signature or multisig preferred but not required.
    • Interest and growing knowledge in Bitcoin
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the capability to manage a full day of client calls while simultaneously responding to ZenDesk support tickets
    • Ability to stay calm and collected in high-pressure situations as you help clients navigate managing their multisig wallets
    • Take initiative to solve issues with a long-term solution in mind
    • Take ownership of complex client issues and see them through to completion
    • Follow outlined procedures and provide feedback to optimize them
    • Experience with Hubspot CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zapier, and/or related products
    • Strong writing ability
