Catbird, a Brooklyn based jewelry brand, is looking for a detail oriented person to join our Quality Control Team as a full time Quality Control Assistant!
Key Responsibilities
- Visually inspecting all jewelry produced in house, and fine goods such as diamonds and gemstones to meet specifications and established standards
- Collect and input quality information, including data entry and photo documentation
- Communicate quality concerns and product information in a constructive and positive manner with QC Coordinator, Jewelers, Work Planner, Trainers and Merchandising
Our Ideal Candidate
- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment and works with a sense of urgency to provide our customers with beautiful, sparkling jewelry that will bring them joy now through forever
- Jewelry experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of G Suite and/or Excel, and data entry experience a plus
$22 - $24 an hour
Compensation for this role is $22-24/hr, based on experience.
