We’re looking for a product-minded integration manager who can help prioritize, launch, and support the technical aspects of partnerships with retailers and ecommerce platform providers while thinking strategically about how and where we should invest to improve these processes. We’re especially interested in candidates who would be excited to take on increasingly large and impactful projects over time, from navigating novel product requirements with large prospective partners to redesigning integration processes for higher throughput. 

You’ll play a critical role at Catch by launching exciting new partners and by helping to build out Catch’s merchant-facing capabilities. Specifically, you will:

- Program manage integrations: Work with merchant and platform partner developers to launch Catch integrations that include all required features and align with goal timelines.

- Provide expert technical support: Help merchants and platform partners resolve technical issues during and after integration. Build products and processes to resolve these issues better and faster over time.

- Solve for feature requests as a sales engineer: Work with prospective partners’ product and engineering teams to resolve technical integration challenges and, when necessary, design scalable, secure, and performant solutions.

- Help shape the evolution of our product & our integration process: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, product management, sales, and partner success to shape and deliver on a roadmap that will make Catch the most valuable partner for merchants to develop deeper relationships with their customers.

- 3-5+ years experience working with external clients implementing or improving software integrations that solve business problems. You love helping others succeed and are skilled at helping them overcome roadblocks to hit their goals on time.

- Technical problem-solving skills, especially for API-based products. You enjoy helping developers quickly resolve integration issues by delving into application logs and reasoning about issues that arise trying to implement our product including technologies such as REST APIs, JavaScript, React, and/or Python.

- Systems thinking skills and a knack for automating toil. You enjoy drilling down to pinpoint the bottlenecks in a process and scrappily relieving them, including by building internal tools, writing simple scripts, or creating explanatory content.

- Outstanding communication skills. You can succinctly explain technical concepts at varying levels of abstraction, taking into account your stakeholders’ goals and professional backgrounds.

- World-class prioritization skills. You excel at detail-oriented execution and get excited by opportunities to help internal or external teams break projects down into clear, concrete milestones and then achieve them.
