This position is open in Tallinn and Tartu.

You will:

    • Play a pivotal role in developing compelling business cases , this involves detailed analysis, forecasting, and presenting financial and strategic benefits to stakeholders;
    • Research market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, conducting interviews & surveys and propose strategies that leverage digital technologies to achieve business goals;
    • Visualise system interactions or data flows;
    • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements;
    • Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of digital transformations and addressing any concerns or objections;
    • Apply your knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to map out and analyze current processes;
    • Identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations that align with digital transformation goals;
    • Have a clear understanding of how system architectures impact business processes and transformations.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Digital Transformation, IT Management, Business, Economics, or a related field;
    • At least 1 year of relevant experience in consulting, digital transformation, public sector reform, or a related analytical role;
    • Familiarity with public sector or regulated environments;
    • Understanding of software development life cycle;
    • Proven experience conducting problem-solving sessions, research, and analysis in complex, multi-stakeholder environments;
    • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and documentation skills;
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as JIRA or Confluence;
    • Process modelling and requirement documentation tools like draw.io or Miro
    • Advanced level of English language and fluent level of in Estonian language(both verbal and written skills).
