You will:
- Leading public procurement processes for both public sector institutions and private companies;
- Implementing projects funded by external financing, ensuring compliance and smooth execution;
- Advising clients on procurement contracts and providing legal guidance on a broad range of legal issues;
- Conducting legal analyses and providing evaluations for driving change in the public sector;
- Collaborating closely with consultants to develop winning project proposals and manage projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
- BA in law and preferably you are at least a first-year student of MA's in law;
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills;
- You feel comfortable with Estonian and English as your main working languages, both verbal and written;
- Some knowledge of public procurement law and interest to become a professional in that area. Experience in using the Estonian E-Procurement System would be an advantage;
- Willingness to work with clients from both the public and private sectors and interest in implementing projects from various sectors;
- Ability to explain legal requirements to different parties, both orally and in writing, in understandable language;
- Knowing how to manage your time, set priorities, and be solution-oriented.
