You’ll work in hybrid teams on projects that deliver tangible outcomes for public clients. Some examples of our recent work:

- Helping a Ministry design innovation support policies;
- Supporting the EU in evaluating the impact of administrative reforms across the EU Member States;
- Advising municipalities on business retention and industrial development strategies;
- Developing a feasibility study for municipal solar power plants.

What will you get in your first year?

- Month 3: You’ve mastered Civitta’s policy-advisory toolkit and delivered solid desk research;
- Month 6: You’re the “go-to” analyst on at least one topical area, contributing key insights;
- Month 12: Clients start requesting you by name for your clarity, ownership, and follow-through.

You will:

    • Conduct desk research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and stakeholder interviews;
    • Draft policy reports, briefs, and client presentations in Word and PowerPoint;
    • Present your work to peers, managers, and clients with increasing independence;
    • Coordinate with other consultants to ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets;
    • Collaborate with cross-functional Civitta teams across 20+ countries.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, economics, finance, or social sciences (Master’s degree is a plus);
    • At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role. Experience in policy research and economic analysis is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team;
    • Strong, analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills;
    • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1 level written and spoken);
    • Solid command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
    • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and provide actionable recommendations;
    • Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose solutions;
    • Prior experience in a consulting company is considered a plus.

€2,000 - €2,600 a month
Our salary range is between 2000 EUR gross/month and 2600 EUR gross/month and depends on candidate's experience and the results of the interviewing process.
