Our client is a European Medicines Agency responsible for the scientific evaluation, supervision and safety monitoring of medicines in the EU. EMA is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Civitta in cooperation with Driessen is providing Temporary Agency Workers to the agency.

IT Service Analyst – Endpoint Management
In this role, you will implement Microsoft endpoint management and security platform features at EMA using MS Intune and MS Defender, performing analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation activities, while collaborating in an exciting multi-vendor environment with EMA colleagues and external partners to co-create value and enhance digital workplace capabilities.
What will you do:
- Implement Microsoft endpoint management and security platform features using MS Intune and MS Defender.
- Execute analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation activities for endpoint management and security systems.
- Collaborate effectively in a multi-vendor environment with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the agency’s delivery methodology.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and maintaining transparent communication with programme managers and stakeholders.
What do we expect:
- University degree of at least 3 years of study.
- Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in technical IT.
- Experience with MS Intune and MS Defender platforms.
- Experience in end-point management (laptops, smartphones), provisioning, and security.
- Experience in engaging and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of commonly used IT tools, applications and systems, including MS Office, teleworking tools and meeting platforms.
- Level C1 in spoken and written English.

- Salary between 4,812.17- and 6,970.17-euro gross per month, depending on your qualifications.
