Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Project Coordinator for Innovation Advisory in Budapest, Hungary.
You will:
- Prepare, manage, and supervise assigned project tasks, including customer relations and operational management;
- Develop project plans, budgets, progress reports, scenarios, and briefs, and continuously monitore their implementation;
- Closely cooperate with the communications team during project implementation;
- Maintain client relationships and oversee the satisfaction of client needs;Measure client and event participant satisfaction;
- Propose improvements for customer relations;
- Create supporting materials, summaries, and concepts for projects;
- Maintain contact with mentors and seek out new potential mentors;
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by partners within their scope of authority.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer relationship management;
- Proficient in English language (negotiation level);
- Native level of the Hungarian language;
- Knowledge of startup business development methodologies;
- Experience in organising and leading projects;
- Proficient in computer use (MS Office, email systems);
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Innovation Management, or a relevant field is a plus;
- Network with large companies and startup businesses is a plus.
