Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Consultant focused on startup and innovation ecosystem for Innovation Advisory.

You will:

    • Support innovation ecosystem players in their development through organising/ coordinating ecosystem projects: accelerators, hackathons, etc.;
    • Help startups develop their ideas and solutions, attract funding and reach out to investors;
    • Network and build relationships with various ecosystem players;
    • Scout startups and individuals with innovative ideas to participate in different programs and events;
    • Support in designing content and programs for startup ecosystem projects;
    • Build innovation ecosystems through consulting projects locally and globally;
    • Implement international donor-funded projects related to building the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Estonia and Europe, as well as support grant-funding project implementation.

Requirements:

    • You have developed strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
    • Opportunities to work in a dynamic team environment excite you;
    • You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
    • You are fluent in the Estonian language;
    • You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business.
