You’ll work in hybrid teams on projects that deliver tangible outcomes for public clients. Some examples of our recent work:

- Helping a Ministry design innovation support policies;
- Supporting the EU in evaluating the impact of administrative reforms across the EU Member States;
- Advising municipalities on business retention and industrial development strategies;
- Developing a feasibility study for municipal solar power plants.

You will:

    • Lead day-to-day project execution by leading 2–3 people;
    • Proactively manage resources and time, creating valid methodologies for analysis;
    • Effectively lead teams in brainstorming sessions, guide analysis, and lead project proposal preparation procedure, as well as create leads for new opportunities;
    • Contribute to company development both locally and internationally;
    • Perform desk research, conduct interviews, data analysis and trends;
    • Create societal impact through qualitative studies, sectoral or public policy strategy, policy recommendations, analysis of stakeholders and best foreign practices, cost-benefit analysis of policy choices and public policy normative document analysis;
    • Participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful public sector projects.

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in consulting for public sector projects;
    • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, finance, or social sciences;
    • Proven experience in implementing projects;
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts;
    • Excellent organizational skills to track progress and manage multiple projects;
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment;
    • Fluency in English and Lithuanian (additional languages are a plus);
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations;
    • Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose solutions;
    • Prior experience in a consulting company is considered a plus;
    • Self-motivation and commitment to exceeding expectations;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

€2,800 - €3,500 a month
Our salary range is between 2800 EUR gross/month and 3500 EUR gross/month and depends on candidate's experience and the results of the interviewing process.
